My clients love my mixed modality sessions to get the most effective results. I enjoy listening and delivering adapted sessions based on the client's needs. I am experienced in many modalities including specific and deep tissue, cranio-sacral, foot reflexology. Originally from the Chicago area, in 2003, I moved to Gainesville to attend Florida School of Massage. I've now been a massage therapist for over twenty years and still loving it. I returned to the Chicago area where I started my own wellness practice which I had for nearly ten years. We then relocated to California for a while, then Arizona and finally back here to Florida, in the Tampa area. I did take some time away from massage for a few years in there to work in the senior living industry. I have a degree in Human Development-Adults and Gerontology and love working with older adults.Throughout all of this, I maintained my massage certifications and licenses, knowing I would return to helping others through the art of bodywork.
