Since graduating from Suncoast School of Massage in Tampa, Florida in 1988, I have studied a variety of modalities and techniques. I offer specialized services in Somatics and Trauma, Thai massage, Sports massage and multiple spa treatments. As a sports massage therapist I enjoy working directly with athletes for prevention and rehabilitation. I am an active member of my local chapter and mentor under the guidelines of the AMTA Mentoring Program. My mission statement: "To practice and promote a lifestyle of balance and to empower those around me to become their best self."
