I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1988 and it has been such a source of fulfillment and joy for me. It is amazing to love what you do for a living (even after 33 years!) and to look forward to Mondays. My practice has developed over the years into a mixture of Neuromuscular Therapy (more treatment/specific in nature), swedish massage, sports massage, Active Isolated Stretching, Myofascial Release, postural work and chair massage. Over the years, I have taken many different seminars for my continuing education that offer a variety of treatment protocols so that I have a number of different “tools in my tool belt” in order to serve the variety of needs of my clients. My goal is that you, the client dictate the type of massage therapy based on your needs at the time of your session.
