I have been a licensed massage therapist since graduation from Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, Florida in 2015. I am most well-known for deep tissue massage, myofascial release, pressure point therapy, and sports massage. I have worked with all age ranges, from infants and children to adults and geriatric populations. I currently see clients at a chiropractic clinic in Gainesville, Florida, as well as offering mobile massages at locations convenient for individual clients. I offer a multitude of modalities, each tailored to client-specific needs. I practice active isolated stretching, acupressure, cupping, hot stone therapy, myofascial massage, myotherapy, neuromuscular work, on-site chair massage, pregnancy massage, pressure point therapy, reflexology, sports massage, Swedish massage, Thai massage, and trigger point therapy.
