I graduated from Cortiva Massage Institute in 2013 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Since, I have assisted many clients in reaching their massage goals, whether it was to relieve tension, reduce anxiety/stress, manage pain, increase ROM, promote relaxation, enhance circulation, or improve sleep. I utilize a goal-oriented, client-centered approach to my massage treatments. It allows me to customize a massage treatment that best suits each individual and their needs, using a variety of modalities such as, Swedish, Therapeutic, Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Sports and Lymphatic Drainage.
