Let me introduce myself,I was born in Ocala but raised between Florida and Niagara Canada. I have been a Massage Therapist since graduating from the 2017 class of OCHT. I began my practice in Ontario then transitioned back down here to Florida. I look at massage therapy as the beautiful dance between art and science and no two treatments can ever be alike, just like two bodies can never be the same.I have extensive training in orthopedic massage , active tissue release, connective tissue therapy and cupping that allows me to provide a  Clinical, Therapeutic, Intentional treatment.I believe in the body’s ability to heal itself and I am able toutilize my expertise to assist in this process. By listening to the body and having thoughtful communication, I use a collaborative approach to reach the specific goals of my clients. My style includes a combination of deep and active tissue release techniques, while understanding that soft tissue work needs to bring space and healing to the affected areas. My treatments have a flow that is rhythmic almost like a dance and can put one in a deep relaxed state.When not in the clinic you won't find me.. I'll be out in my kayak exploring and snorkeling our beautiful springs. I also love camping and exploring this beautiful continent of ours. Also I love tacos.I look forward to working together
