Holistic health holds a very special place in my heart. Massage Therapy has been a holistic approach to healing and self-care. Finding an interest in massage therapy, I took the route of going to Ridge Technical College right after high school. During Massage therapy school I’ve met an amazing group of people and instructors I’ll always remember. Massage therapy school taught me the healing benefits that physical touch can provide to others and I am prepared from the education and training I have received to be able to deliver Swedish relaxation, Deep tissue, Hot stones, and Cupping modalities in a therapeutic setting to clients. I am a fully licensed Massage Therapist, and I am ready to help contribute to clients' individual needs and goals.
