Ashley Loebs

I am Ashley Loebs, a licensed massage therapist and integrative energy practitioner, and Owner of Just Breathe Wellness Studio. I am dedicated to supporting whole-body healing through intentional, evidence-informed care.

My work blends therapeutic massage with complementary modalities, including Reiki energy healing, sound therapy, shamanic techniques, and mindfulness-based practices to address both the physiological and energetic systems of the body.

With formal training in Swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal, Thai massage, hot stone therapy, and advanced alternative treatments, each session is tailored to support musculoskeletal function, nervous system regulation, myofascial release, stress reduction, and restorative balance.

My approach moves beyond symptom relief, creating a grounded yet sacred space where the body can release tension, the nervous system can recalibrate, and the soul can return to coherence and alignment.
