(Indoor options, too)As a licensed massage therapist since 1996 I use a therapeutic approach on people of all ages. My massage combines long flowing strokes interspersed with trigger points, moist heat, firm foot massage with Reflexology, light to deep pressure, and thorough neck/shoulder work to achieve a head to toe balance of muscles and energy.
