Tina graduated from Potomac Massage Training Institute (PMTI) in 2008. After mastering the Swedish and Deep Tissue modalities, she spent two summers in Chiangmai, Thailand to learn Thai Nuad Borarn bodywork (or lazy man’s yoga) at the International Training Massage School. In addition to the Northern style Thai yoga, she is also trained in the Southern traditional Thai yoga massage at Wat Po & Chetawan School in Bangkok. Tina uses her skills and expertise in Thai yoga mat work to complement her work on the table where she channels her pristine energy during her deeply relaxing and invigorating sessions. Tina believes massage (and exercise) is integral to a person’s well-being. She has a MA in History from Ohio University and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in French and Spanish. Certified by AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America), she used to teach group fitness classes at VIDA City Vista Club. In her spare time, she uses her NASM (National Academy of Sciences) training and knowledge to help clients cultivate a love for exercise so they can stay strong, healthy and robust!
