I am certified in all levels of myoskeletal therapy with the Freedom From Pain Institute.  I utilize a number of different modalities to deliver personalized treatment to each client.  Whether your goals are relaxation, pain reduction, improved posture, or increased performance, either in daily life or in sports, I can help you reach your goals through manual techniques and movement education.  I am also a certified personal trainer with National Strength and Conditioning Association.  I do specialize in sports massage and am the Sports Massage Committee Chair for AMTA Delaware Chapter.
