Elizabeth Lokhard

I am a Board Certified Massage Therapist and Certified Medical Massage Practitioner . I have been practicing for the past 17 years. In addition to my education and training, I have a Gift. A Gift of intuition and insight for muscles and how they deal with everyday stress. I used to be a college athlete which gave me first hand experience dealing with over used muscles and injuries. I worked as a Nurse Tech for InovaFairfaxHospital on the High Risk Perinatal unit and Gynecology surgical unit for over 5 years. These experiences provided me with many learning opportunities in helping with patient care.  I am highly skilled in neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, as well as deep tissue massage. I have the ability to assist my clients in finding true pain and stress relief.I have a passion to help my clients optimize their abilities to sustain daily active lives by feeling youthful. I take your Care in my very capable hands. My mission is to relieve a client’s pain and stiffness to restore quality of life with daily activities
