I specialize in orthopedic-style massage, integrating techniques such as deep tissue, mobility, trigger point therapy, guasha scraping, and stretching. My approach to deep tissue work involves applying more static pressure, which I’ve found helps muscles accept the treatment more effectively, allowing clients to relax even during deeper work.
