Elizabeth Hagen LMT, graduate from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy with high honors, has taken hundreds of hours of advanced training in Spinal Flow Technique, Upledger's CranioSacralTherapy, ICTA's Contemporary Cupping, D'Ambrogio's Total Body Balancing, Fascia Release, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Hot Stone, Gua Sha, Lymphatic Cupping Massage, Reiki (Master) and Energy Healing, Medical Intuition and Acupressure. She is committed to supporting each client in their journey toward wellness by releasing what is held within the body physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
