Welcome to Custom Kneads! I have been working as a massage therapist since graduating from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2006. I enjoy doing deep tissue, myofascial and sports massage, in any combination to match your needs. Clients love my hot stone massage as I use those stones as tools to dramatically increase therapeutic benefit. This is wonderful for chronic pain, and I can also add on Hot/Cold treatment for acute pain, as planned. Breathwork and energy work increases connection and relaxation for even more enjoyment. I look forward to working with you. In addition, I do prenatal massage, or sidelying as needed.
