My practice is based on basic Swedish Massage Therapy is informed by my continued education, especially in providing Cranial-Sacral Therapy. I can integrate many types of healing into a massage therapy session, and can provide clothes-on Cranial-Sacral treatments alone. My earlier education in Occupational Therapy gave me experience in rehabilitative massage for post-injury and surgical joint repairs. As a Reiki Master I integrate a 30-or 60-minute Reiki session in my office. I was an instructor at the Westport and Newington campuses at the CT. Center for Massage Therapy [CCMT] for over 25 years. My desire is to provide an individualized massage therapy session, tailored to the clients' needs.
