With over 13 years experience in the healing arts, my practice ranges from corporate wellness to holistic and spiritual programs. My primary focus is therapeutic massage for overall stress and pain reduction. Modalities integrated into sessions may be traditional Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, stretching, cupping, manual lymphatic drainage, meditation and energy work. Session times offered are 30, 60 and 90 minutes.
