Jill Ciampi

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Jill has been practicing since 2005 after graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (CCMT). She specializes in Integrated Structural Therapy, a system-based approach designed to improve mobility, relieve chronic pain patterns, and reduce stress on the nervous system. Each session is fully customized, incorporating soft tissue techniques that support healing and overall well-being.Jill began her career at a wellness center, working alongside chiropractors and physical therapists, and now runs her private massage therapy practice in Rocky Hill, CT. Before pursuing massage therapy, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Southern Connecticut State University and spent over 11 years in Human Resources, focusing on wellness program management, recruiting, employee relations, and benefits administration.Jill Ciampi is also a Certified Whole Health Educator™ and Wellness Coach, having graduated from the National Institute of Whole Health in 2014. Her training is rooted in the Five Aspects of Whole Health™©—Physical, Emotional, Nutritional, Environmental, and Spiritual. With a holistic coaching style, Jill helps clients navigate all areas of life, with a strong emphasis on stress management and self-care. She has authored numerous articles on managing stress, mental health, and chronic pain and is the author of The Serenity Roadmap, published on Amazon.Her passion for wellness is deeply personal. Having faced chronic pain, anxiety, depression, Lyme disease, and Fibromyalgia, Jill understands firsthand the challenges of living with health struggles. This journey inspired her to help others find relief, balance, and resilience in their own lives.
