As a Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Renew Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, I’ve been dedicated to providing exceptional massage therapy services in North Haven, Hamden, New Haven, CT for over 25 years. I became a CT-Licensed and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist in 1998. My training at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington, CT has prepared me to offer expert services, aligning with my dream to helping others suffering from pain and stress. With advanced training and certifications in various modalities, I make it my goal to provide individualized care by providing effective, customized plans so that each client benefits from therapeutic massage. My clients appreciate the personalized approach and the fact that no two sessions are alike, left feeling extremely satisfied. In addition to working with clients, I continue to take classes to learn new techniques and keep my certification up to date. I enjoy working with my clients and I take pride in knowing that I am enhancing their overall well-being by helping them to relax, rejuvenate, and renew their bodies and their minds.
