Nellie Bentz, LMT, is a highly skilled and intuitive massage therapist with several years of experience working in both established practices and as a mobile therapist before recently opening her own studio in Newtown. She received her training at the renowned Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Massachusetts and has continued her education all over the world, adding diverse techniques to her therapeutic toolbox. With a solid foundation in health sciences and a deep understanding of the human body, Nellie offers a wide range of modalities—including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, orthopedic, sports, and Balinese massage. She tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients, blending clinical knowledge with a calming presence to deliver massage that is both effective and deeply restorative. Nellie holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, and in her spare time, she enjoys hiking and songwriting.
