Ashley E. Liles

Ashley Liles has been practicing massage since 2007. After graduating from the Connecticut Center For Massage Therapy, I have gone on to earn credentials in Hot Stone massage, Reflexology, facials and relieving headaches. I have taught classes. I am NCBTMB board and nationally certified, CPR certified, DOH license #6146 and am an AMTA member. As well, I have volunteered massage for well deserved causes such as heart disease and for school teachers. I also volunteer twice every month for a mobile food share. My clients range from the geriatric community to the WWE wrestlers. I believe massage brings a message to a receiver in teaching about their body, mind and wellness. Who knows you better than you know yourself?
