About LisaLisa D. King is a Holistic Health Consultant and Program Director with a background in educational psychology, special education, and integrative wellness. Her work centers on supporting individuals, organizations, and programs in creating balanced, trauma-informed, and sustainable systems of care.Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Educational Psychology with a minor in Special Education. She brings together evidence-based practices and holistic approaches to support emotional regulation, resilience, and whole-person well-being.Her professional background includes leadership in residential and community-based programs, wellness education, and behavioral support. She integrates mindfulness, yoga-based practices, aromatherapy, energy work, and stress management strategies into organizational consulting, staff training, and program development.Lisa is a certified Love146 “Not A Number” Facilitator and is available to deliver prevention-focused workshops addressing healthy relationships, human trafficking awareness, personal boundaries, emotional safety, and resilience. She has also facilitated programs on suicide awareness, stress regulation, and trauma-informed care.She has held regional leadership roles with the Veterans Yoga Project and continues to advocate for accessible, inclusive wellness practices.Lisa is deeply committed to environmental stewardship and the healing power of nature, weaving eco-conscious values and grounding practices into her work.Currently, Lisa serves as Program Director for a STTAR home, where she leads trauma-informed, strengths-based programming for youth with complex needs.Lisa is not accepting individual clients and does not offer private therapy. Her work focuses on consultation, professional training, and collaborative wellness initiatives.
