About
Dana has been a passionate massage therapist since 2015 where she graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Westport. With a thirst for knowledge, she has taken multiple workshops and learned from peers over time how to accommodate every body intuitively. Dana takes a multifaceted approach to her sessions incorporating techniques such as scar tissue release, manual lymph drainage, deep tissue, cupping, gua sha, relaxation, and/or energy work to assist the body’s return to homeostasis. She believes that there is no “one size fits all” in the treatment room and allows each body to tell their story. Dana is a breast cancer survivor and is inspired to nurture the lives of other cancer warriors through body work at any point during their journey. Massage has been an integral part of her own healing process and, admiring how empowering each session can be, she is motivated to pass the healing on to others.
