Melissa Genovese

I'm Melissa and I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist. I'm very passionate about helping others through massage therapy and bodywork. I came into this profession with the hope and understanding of wanting to make a change in my clients life, whether it be physically, mentally or emotionally.I'm a graduate of The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and member of the American Massage Therapy Association. I spend time working at UConn providing my professional services to the Division of Athletics and assisting various sports teams through massage. I offer a variety of services like Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports and Orthopedic Massage to help reduce stress, recover from injuries and rejuvenate.When I'm not massaging I enjoy being with my family. I can be found on the basketball court, soccer field and baseball field cheering on my 2 boys.
