I am owner and operator of Synergy Massage and Bodywork.  I believe that massage therapy is a healing process that prevents illness and "dis ease."  It is important for people to figure out that our life is filled with choices. Some choices include preventative health care. We all have the ability to chose natural alternatives to achieve a balance in our well being.  I believe connecting the body and mind can help heal all pain and disease.  Knowing we are all healers, we can find ways of making ourselves better.  I believe Massage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki are a few ways we can go about finding healing success!
