I  have studied  exclusively with John F. Barnes, the creator of The John F.Barnes Myofascial Release Approach.  This gentle method is extremely effective at releasing physical and emotional blockages through a softening and melding of the fascia.  This is a very different type of bodywork than traditional massage and I am excited to be able to offer it to you.
