My practice as Massage Therapist is focused on clinical aspects of the massage. My love for sports, fitness and healthy life style lead me to massage therapy. This combination allowed me to understand better body movements, problems people have with body and importance of stress release. My focus is on creating awareness of proactive health care. Every day exercise and regular massages are a big part of it. Ease of muscle tensions can be a big step to a bright health. Strength, balance and flexibility will lead you to better, stronger life.
