I specialize in Swedish massage, deep tissue and myofascial release, hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, and Reiki energy healing. I graduated from The Center for Advanced Therapeutics in 1997 and have trained under three Reiki Masters, completing an intensive apprenticeship with Reiki Master Don Morrisey.Throughout my career, I’ve successfully partnered with chiropractors to help clients find relief from chronic pain, injuries, and the everyday tension that comes from pushing too hard for too long. I offer a unique massage style I call Swedish with an Attitude—a deeply satisfying blend of relaxation and results-driven bodywork.What truly sets my practice apart is the option to receive your massage or Reiki session inside our immersive Himalayan salt cave—a one-of-a-kind wellness experience you won’t find anywhere else in the region.Our salt cave, designed by owner Simona Campos, is modeled after the healing microclimates of Eastern European salt mines. Modern technology (a Halogenerator) releases pharmaceutical-grade micro-particles of salt into the air, creating a therapeutic environment known as Halotherapy. These anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-inflammatory particles support respiratory health, reduce inflammation, and help alleviate conditions such as asthma, allergies, bronchitis, COPD, sleep apnea, and more.
