I am a graduate of IBMC in Fort Collins, Colorado. I believe in outcome based massage and establishing a plan of care for clients that are looking for relief from pain and /or tension and getting back into life. A full body massage is not always necessary when there is an area of focus, such as the shoulders. After reducing the pain and or/tension in the specified area a full body massage will be done. Appointments will become less frequent and a maintenance plan will be established. I bring positive energy to my massage sessions and will work with you to meet your massage needs.
