I graduated from massage therapy school with an impressive spectrum of skills that I bring to my patients of all ages. With my continuing education in pregnancy, labor and postpartum massage, I also enjoy providing massage to new mothers at Longmont United Hospital’s BirthPlace. I joined Centura Health Integrative Medicine team in 2005. I am a Practitioner of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Treatment since 2018. CranioSacral therapy is also a passion of mine and have completed Upledger's Level 2 certification program.
