I aim to provide the highest quality massage therapy in a way that fits your life and your body’s needs. I offer relaxing Swedish massage, deeper therapeutic work, Myofascial Release (MFR), Thai-style stretches and compressions, prenatal and postnatal massage, as well as intraoral/buccal massage for jaw tension and TMJ-related discomfort. Each session can also be a customized blend designed to help you leave feeling better than when you arrived.

My home studio is located in Longmont, Colorado, and I also offer mobile massage if you’d prefer to relax in the comfort of your own home.
