Raised among the slow-moving rivers and cypress swamps of Mississippi, I carry those roots into my massage practice. I like to think of my bodywork as river-like—constantly flowing, gently circling joints and areas of tension, loosening adhesions, and guiding the body back into a smoother rhythm. I see life in much the same way—drifting along, sometimes smooth, sometimes turbulent, but always flowing exactly where it’s meant to go. After navigating some turbulent waters of my own years ago, I chose to pursue massage therapy as a way to help others along their own healing journeys. I graduated from the Asheville School of Massage and Yoga in 2017, where I trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Ayurvedic Energy Work, Sports Massage, and Yoga. Afterward, I moved to Northern California, where I built a private practice and began incorporating Thai Massage more deeply into my work. Life in those lush hills also sparked a love of herbal medicine, eventually guiding me to Colorado, where I expanded my studies in Western Herbalism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Astrological Herbalism. I love all things nature, and when I’m not working, you can find me outside—hiking, foraging, climbing, gardening, or teaching. Whether through movement, plants, or touch, I’m continually inspired by the ways we can reconnect with ourselves and the natural world. Today, my massage practice is a reflection of all these influences—anchored in touch, guided by intuition, and enriched by nature. I often incorporate herbal support through the use of handcrafted oils, tinctures, and teas to enhance the body’s natural healing process. Alongside these plant-based remedies, I draw from the ancient techniques of Thai stretching, the deep, sustained pressure of Ashiatsu, and the lasting, therapeutic effects of Myofascial Release. Together, these elements create a truly holistic experience—one that nurtures body, mind, and spirit.
