Tonya Lecce

Tonya graduated from the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, New York and became an LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) in East Pennsylvania, and now practices in Grand Junction, CO. To further her mind-body practice, she has gone through continuing education with James Waslowski on Integrated Manual Therapy & Orthopedic Massage for Complicated Shoulder Conditions, and Forearm, Wrist, & Hand Conditions, and became a Certified Yoga Teacher through The Yoga Collective. Tonya enjoys learning new techniques and will continue to expand her knowledge of natural healing.  Her focus is greatly toward therapeutic and rehabilitation; aiding in chronic pain, finding the mind-body connection, and paving the way for stabilization through a combination of modalities, including Swedish, trigger-point therapy, fascial therapy, Shiatsu and energy flow.  She will listen to your concerns, you will discuss your focus and overall health, and together you will create a plan to provide you with a more relaxed center, therefore, a more relaxed you!
