At the beginning of every session I mindfully listen to your current needs to individualize each treatment. Whether you would like a soothing and relaxing full-body Swedish Massage for stress relief; a more focused, therapeutic treatment for pain relief; gentle, yet powerful energy healing with Reiki; or anything in between, I utilize an effective and ever-growing range of modalities to meet your needs.
