I have many years of "hands on" experience.  My under-graduate degree is in Athletic Training and Biology from Morningside College and my Massage Therapy Certification is from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy here in Colorado Springs, CO.I have worked and traveled with many collegiate teams, semi/pro athletes, and Olympic hopefuls, as well as the average "Joe" :)I provide professional and rehabilitative massage therapy sessions.  I specialize in NMT, MRT, sports and accident related injuries such as whiplash, TMJ, frozen shoulder, and sciatica to just name a few.  I incorporate stretching and range of motion into each session.Each individual has different areas of concern, therefore each session varies from one to the next.  You will go home more aware of your body’s needs and be given education on the different ways you may gain flexibility and prevent future injuries. I strive to give you my best with each and every session.  Please feel free to call if you have any professional questions.  I will give you some possible options or refer you to someone who better suits your needs. Yours in Health!Glennda J.
