Gabrielle Gomez

Hello! I am Gabrielle-Djoy Gomez, a licensed massage therapist based in Colorado Springs.I graduated from Florida State College at Jacksonville in 2022 and have been in practice since. I enjoy using intuitive touch, trigger points, deep tissue, stretching and joint movement in my practice.I am also a practitioner in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with 11 years of experience and Kajukenbo Karate with over 20 years. Being in combat sports most of my life has made me susceptible to many injuries. I did not have proper self care until my first professional massage in my early 20’s. Since then I’ve taken a number of holistic approaches, massage therapy being my go to for proper and effective recovery.Whether it is therapeutic massage or a relaxing treatment, my passion is to help people heal inside and out. Regular bodywork is the key to living up to your fullest potential. Massage is not a luxury, it is self care! During my off days I teach one of our beginners class at my Jiu Jitsu gym, I weight lift and enjoy eating a lot of asian food! I look forward in assisting you on your path to wellness!
