I believe we all need balance in our lives and everything we do,so to keep balance,I don't do just one modality. I am in an advanced neuromuscular therapy program. I use trigger point therapy, assessments, myofascial release, Shiatsu, Thai , Swedish, cupping, as well as hot stones. I believe in pain management through massage as well as sometimes you just need some relaxation.
