Every sessions starts with assessing clients' needs for that session regardless of how often they see me, for each session can present a different issue. My skills are deep tissue massage, Swedish, and energy work - Pranic Healing. In the almost thirty years of practice, I've had success with helping clients heal from injuries, surgeries, back pain, and stress related issues, to name a few. I continue with my education on a regular basis to update my skills. I'm also a long time meditator. Each session is geared towards helping client come to balance in body, mind and spirit, therefore sessions can include physical massage, energy work, and guided meditation.
