I feel very lucky to be a massage therapist. I finished massage school in the spring of 2007 in Bloomington, IN. I had a thriving practice there for six years before moving to South Lake Tahoe. I combine my love of movement with my love of helping people. Over the years I've focused my education on areas that I think will help my clients the most. After being a therapist for almost ten years, I'm tired of seeing my clients come back month after month with the same issues. This is what pushed me to learn Morales Method® Core Integration. The series of 9 sessions addresses compensation patters and seeks to find a solution to balance out the body as a whole. It's typically much more efficient than an hour massage where we try to ease discomfort. No matter what, I try to meet you where you're at to give you the massage or bodywork session that best benefits you, whether you need an hour to relax and zone out, or an hour of focused deep work to facilitate healing.
