I have been practicing neuromuscular and fitness therapy in Santa Cruz California for over 18 years. I have a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and hold certifications in neuromuscular/massage therapy and personal training. I believe by combining the passive movement of massage and the active movement of exercise I can provide my clients the opportunity to experience their lives optimally and pain free.
