Centered Awareness; the basis for my practice.As a licensed acupuncturist/ herbalist and bodyworker with 17 years of experience, listening to the needs of my clients/patients. The treating modalities used match the their goals. This means proficiency and advanced trainings in Structural Bodywork, Craniosacral Therapy, Positional Release, Accupressure. My study of Traditional Chinese Medicine includes: Shiatsu, Cupping, Needling, Dietary and Herbal Therapies. I am still amazed at what can be accomplished with my sensitivity and hands-on work alone.
