I utilize the modalities of Swedish, Deep Tissue,Myofascial Release,Reflexology,Trigger Point Therapy,with Cranial Sacral therapy and Energy techniques.I have studied with John Barnes and his staff through workshops, and at The Treatment center in Sedona, Arizona.
