About
With over 1350 hours of education and the title of Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and Health Educator, my goal as your massage therapist is to get you feeling as close to 100% as possible. I work with you to construct a wellness plan that best suits your needs, whether you're looking to resolve musculoskeletal discomfort from an injury/accident, release tension from less-than-ideal ergonomics due to working from home, or simply relax because, why not? My bodywork style is often described as "intuitive." The modalities I utilize the most include: Swedish, Trigger Point, Myofascial Cupping, Facilitated Stretching/ROM, and Deep Tissue.
