They allow us to go places, have adventures, and just plain navigate space in our day to day lives.

But the cold hard truth is that they’re not perfect, and they’re not maintenance free.

Over time things get tight, sore, or painful as the apparent side to side imbalances become obvious.

And ultimately, for many people, this leads them to either (1) accept pain and dysfunction and/or (2) give up doing what they love.
