Each customized session includes techniques from the following modalities: Swedish, MFR Myofascial Release Therapy*, Myoskeletal Postural Alignment techniques**, Craniosacral Therapy***. I am also a graduate of the renowned UCSF Stad Center Fellowship in Hospital Based Massage Therapy, highly trained in specialized massage therapy for the medically complex patient population.
