I am a mobile massage therapist, I do chair/table massages. I perform modalities from sports, shiatsu swedish deep tissue, Myo fascia release, trigger point therapy. I believe that the body keeps the score on both physical and emotional traumatic experiences and they are connected. When working with a client it is my goal to address both issues on a journey towards healing.
