I am a passionate massage therapist with a 19 yr background in caregiving. I am an alumni of National Holistic Institute School of massagetherapy, certified Neuromuscular therapist & Health Educator. I believe in the holistic approach to massage, a nonpharmacological way to alleviate pain, anxiety & other soft tissue ailments. My goal is to bring awareness to the mind, body & spirit of my clients & give them body mechanic tips for their daily lives, in both work & play. I love pointwork best, be it trigger or energy points. I am also certified as a Clinical & Oncological M.T through the nonprofit, Greet the Day. I currently work at Clinical Massage Therapy in Rocklin.
