Hi, I’m Emilio Arias. I’m a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist (CNMT) and the founder of UnWynding Therapeutic Massage. After completing 1,300 hours of intensive training at the National Holistic Institute, I've spent the last three years of hands-on professional practice helping people in Moreno Valley who are tired of just "living with" chronic pain and muscle stiffness. I combine deep relaxation techniques with targeted clinical tools like cupping, muscle scraping, and advanced trigger point work to get to the root of your discomfort.
