Dena Nelson

I graduated from NHI’s core program January of 2024, I continued on to the advanced neuromuscular program and finished that August of 2024. I couldn’t stop there when a new program was offered, Associate’s degree of applied science in clinical medical massage, I graduated January 2025. I am now a Certified neuromuscular medical massage therapist. Working on clients of all ages with a variety of needs. Relaxation, injury recovery and prevention, trigger point therapy and TMJ work. I am also an NASM certified personal trainer and precision nutrition coach. I am passionate about helping my clients/patients feel better through whole body wellness, incorporating massage, personal training and nutrition guidance, as joint or individual services.
