I am also certified in Active Isolated Stretching, and have received trainings in many medical conditions such as TMJ, fibromyalgia, carpel tunnel, low back and neck issue, migraines, oncology, orthopedic and much more. I am also certified in Myofascial Integration Structural Technique (M.I.S.T.) which is a combination of structural integration, nueromuscular therapy, and myofascial release. I studied this modality for 10 months for over 240 hours and have been practicing ever sense for the past 15 years. I have also been trained in esalen, seated chair, trigger point, swedish, sports, pregnancy massage, and medical massage. Additionally, I am a certified water aerobic and swim instructor, as well as a certified personal trainer, aerobic and cycling instructor and YogaBody Yoga Trapeze instructor. In 2013 I graduated with my Bachelor's in Exercise in Sports Science and worked in the Athletic Training room  at Western State Colorado University. I have over 18 years combined experience in the health, fitness and bodywork industry.
